Digital Thrust is a trading name of Luwees, a business registered in the Netherlands, with its registered address at Mijnsherenlaan 90, Rotterdam, The Netherlands ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The exact scope of services delivered may vary based on your business type and onboarding information. We reserve the right to update or modify the included services with reasonable notice.
Our service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at a flat rate of $150 USD per month.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@digitalthrust.co. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial-month refunds.
Upon cancellation, your website and associated services will be taken offline at the end of the billing period. Domain names registered on your behalf will be transferred to you upon written request.
We offer a $100 credit for each client you refer who subscribes to our service and completes their free trial period. Credits are applied to your next invoice. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, all website content, copy, and design assets created specifically for you become your property. Platform software, templates, and underlying technology remain the property of Digital Thrust.
Logo designs delivered as part of the service are yours to keep permanently, even after cancellation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Thrust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services — including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We provide our services "as is" and make no guarantees regarding specific results such as revenue increases, review counts, or search engine rankings. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Our platform integrates with third-party services including GoHighLevel, Google, and others. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or terms of these third-party services.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
